Homeland Security SA Success Report:

On 01/02/2025, the Glenwood UIP Hotline received a call in the Homeland Security SA control room from a mother whose two sons were robbed by a silver Volkswagen Golf with no plates by three CMs while walking on Bulwer Road at approximately 21h15.

The information was promptly circulated by the Homeland Security SA Tactical Team to SAPS and various security companies.

At approximately 00:50, Homeland's Tactical Response member received a call from the Homeland Security Glenwood UIP TRT member regarding the silver Volkswagen Golf, which had been the subject of an ongoing search. The vehicle was spotted on Helen Joseph; the suspect's car fled once sighting our vehicles, triggering a pursuit.

The suspects' vehicle was brought to a stop on Shuter Road. The occupants of the vehicle immediately surrendered.

SAPS were notified and responded to the scene.

Both suspects and the vehicle were transported to Umbilo SAPS for further investigation.
