Summary of Events:
At approximately 10:30 , the Homeland Security Glenwood UIP TRT was conducting routine patrols along Clark Road when a male suspect was observed removing hubcaps from a white Isuzu bakkie
Backup was immediately requested, and the suspect was detained on scene without incident.
The suspect was held while awaiting the arrival of the vehicle owner. Upon arrival, the owner confirmed that one hubcap had been removed from the vehicle.
Umbilo SAPS was notified and responded to the scene. Upon their arrival, the suspect was handed over for further investigation and processing.
