Summary of Events:
On 9 August 2025, Homeland Security SA received a call from a Manor Gardens resident reporting that his gate had been severely damaged.
Upon reviewing both the client’s CCTV footage and Homeland Security’s surveillance systems, a white Nissan NP200 bakkie was identified reversing into the property’s gate before fleeing the scene.
The resident was advised to open a formal case at Mayville SAPS — CAS 34/9/2025 — and have the vehicle’s registration recorded.
Once the vehicle details were obtained, it was listed on the Homeland Security CCTV network.
Over a month later, the same Nissan NP200 re-entered the Manor Gardens area, triggering an immediate tactical response.
Our Tactical Response Units swiftly intercepted the vehicle and escorted both the driver and vehicle to Mayville SAPS for further investigation.
Important Reminder to the Community:
If you experience any criminal or suspicious activity, always:
- Gather as much information as possible — vehicle descriptions, number plates, footage, and times.
- Open a case at your nearest SAPS station to ensure a formal investigation can proceed.
- Share the case number with your security provider for tracking and follow-up.
