Suspect apprehended for breaking into vehical

At approximately 22:00 Homeland Security received reports of a vehicle which was broken into on Regina rd off Bartle Road.

Homeland Reaction and Homeland Response teams were dispatched and on arrival it was established that a bravo mike, walking with a limp, wearing a black hoodie and maroon cap, had stolen mixed general items including a first aid kit with complainant’s name on it.

After a short search Homeland Reaction noticed a bm which fitted the description outside 850 umbilo rd . Upon approaching him all items were found in his possession and verified by the complainant.

 

SAPS were contacted and the suspect was arrested.
