Success report
We received a Snipr activation from one of our Glenwood UIP ANPR cameras that a stolen VW Polo had entered the Glenwood UIP precinct. We immediately dispatched Homeland vehicles and notified other security partners.
The vehicle stopped, and after a check, it was confirmed that the vehicle's VIN is sought by SAPS.
The vehicle was taken to Umbilo Saps and booked into Sap13. The driver was also taken to Umbilo Saps. Saps are currently investigating the case.
